I bet you didn't realize this, but there's a new exercise
routine for people approaching and over 40-years-old. You
might want to take it easy at first, but don't be afraid to
ramp it up after you become more proficient. It may be too
strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise
program!
