i will post all my little programs in here...
so have a look at them if you like to 
My first little program is a renaming tool
i made it for renaming masses of files which contain numbers
it can rename all kinds of files, but i use pictures to make my examples.
it is used to rename files like cimg1.jp to picture0001.jpg or soomething
you can use it to rename thousand of files like the pictures from you last journey at one time.
you can tell him to change the name from cimg to anything you want and you can tell him how long the number should be, it fills it to that count with 0
cimg1.jpg => cimg0001.jpg
so the pictures are shown with programs like irfan view in the right order.
it need some seconds to process the files if it are much, but it will rename them reliably. remember the following: it wont rename files without any number in its name
function for renumberizing:
so the pictures from the 5th day of your journey are cimg123.jpg
with increasing numbers?
and you got em in a folder for just that day?
my program will change the lowest number to 1 and so on with the
function: "rename and renumberize regular files". it also can
change the name like the function "rename regular files"
to rename masses of files just click the button, in the dialog you can select more than one file.
i also built in a small ut-2004 chache renamer, it only renames the cache to its right name and dont moves it to the right folder then, so you can choose what you want and what not...
CHANGELOG:

version 1.4:Added function te select either if the first or the last number in filename should be processed

Give it text and it gives it backward, sMaLl CaPiTaL or as |_€€+5|°€4|< out. have fun
