Hi all! 
I'm spending my semester abroad in Australia and wanted to share some pics I've taken here 
I'll study at the Griffith Univerity which has a campus at the Gold Coast too (East Coast of Australia...Queensland ^^). At the moment me and my friend live in a hostel but we will move this week (bye bye cockroach... xD we have some of them making party in the kitchen urgs...)

Special hello to two friends, Katharina (Ladies first, please) and Arne  . We've met from time to time on UT2K4 servers.
Katharina, your pictures are absolutely great! Wish I had an aircraft next to my home. Well, ok, there are plenty but they're not mine. 
(I'm living in Liège, Belgium, not far from an airport; only people from my home town would understand and I guess there aren't many here )

Hi there Nasha - welcome to the XIR world...
I know exactly what you mean. When being a little boy
I lived directly in the lane of approach of our airport here.
Well... I was soon able to tell which aircraft and which
airline from very far - nearly to tell the type of aircraft from
it's sound...
