I am currently with Virgin Broadband,Cable and having a bad time with pings, 150 to 300+, i need to know of all ISP,s and what they are like, so i make the right choice, any feed back woud be great.

PS, unless i get the right choice, i dont think i,l be playing UT3.

I will start off the replies by saying - DON'T use Tiscali. They really suck although they may well be better than Virgin. There are many better ISPs out there.
That's all the input I can really give seeing as you won't be able to get the ISP that I currently have (JANET - Joint Academic NETwork). Good luck mate
