Welcome back, Ondrej!
Here is the solution if you are running XP SP2 (I'm using Kerio FW 4.1.3 and got the exact same problem too):
1. Find "ut2004.exe" in your ut folder (usually its c:/ut2004/System/ut2004.exe)
2. Right click it -> Properties
3. switch to this Tab at the top -> Compatibility
4. activate "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
5. select "Windows 98 / Windows ME"
6. press OK
Now UT should be running without any problems at all. But remember to tell Kerio to let UT access the Internet.
