Yeah 
Display Properties ---> Desktop Tab ---> Customize Desktop --->
Web Tab ---> New ---> Set
http://www.xanton.net/serview/index.php
as the location ---> Ok ---> Customize ---> Next ---> I would like to create a new schedule ---> leave as the default settings ---> Next ---> Finish ---> OK
You can then move it around the desktop...resize etc etc

Yup Until your net crashes that is ^^...then you need to click it and press F5 once your net is back
